II. Contact with us

If you contact us via form on the website or via e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for 24 months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.

III. Data storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the booking process and for the later processing of the contract, the IP data of the connection holder will be stored in cookies by the provider of the booking route Busy Rooms GmbH. or the booking form, as well as the name, address, title, company, email address, address, telephone number, arrival and departure date, room category, room price, number of rooms, booking date, credit card number of the guest will be stored, as will information on individual wishes in the free message field to the hotel. The data will be sent for processing directly to our hotel for further processing necessary for the booking or for the preparation of an offer for your stay at the hotel.

In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: [name, address, title, email address, telephone number, address, nation, company, travel date, room category, room price, type of catering, booking date, credit card number, booking channel, type of travel (private, company, group, seminar). The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without these data we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data will be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the amount, and to our tax consultant for the fulfilment of our tax obligations and the reporting system in accordance with the Reporting Act.

After the termination of the booking process, the data stored by us will be cancelled. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the DSGVO.

IV. Web analysis and cookies

This website uses Matomo, a software for the statistical evaluation of visitor access. Matomo uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit. This gives us the opportunity to optimise the websites for you and make them more visitor-friendly. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is stored on a local server of the provider Busy Rooms GmbH. in Germany. The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and before it is stored. The analyses generated with Matomo are completely anonymous and cannot be used to identify individual persons. Push notifications from PushPanda.io

We use browser push notifications from PushPanda.io. Browser push notifications are notifications that can be displayed on your terminal device without opening the website or the relevant app.

No distinctive user data, such as IP addresses or similar, that could allow the user in question to be identified, are saved. If somebody registers for the notification distributor (opt-in process), only an identification code and the geographical IP information (country and state) of the user are sent to PushPanda.io and stored in its database. This code is issued by the respective browser provider (Google, Mozilla, Apple, etc.) and enables the notifications to be sent to the relevant browser later. Notifications are sent by the browser provider itself.

If the opt-in for push notifications is withdrawn (opt-out), all data saved with PushPanda.io is deleted and the identification code will be invalid. PushPanda.io is a service of Project K GmbH, with headquarters in Innsbruck, Austria.
