The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without these data we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data will be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the amount, and to our tax consultant for the fulfilment of our tax obligations and the reporting system in accordance with the Reporting Act.

After the termination of the booking process, the data stored by us will be cancelled. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the DSGVO.

IV. Web analysis and cookies

This website uses Matomo, a software for the statistical evaluation of visitor access. Matomo uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
