Your tasks:
- Warm welcome & farewell to guests (check-in/check-out)
- Looking after guests in the house
- Processing guest inquiries via e-mail and telephone
- Cash management and accounting during the service
- Preparation and dispatch of guest invoices
- Acceptance and processing of reservations
- Professional handling of complaints
Requirements profile:
- Good manners, natural friendliness and charm in dealing with guests and colleagues
- Sense of responsibility
- Well-groomed external appearance
- Sales-oriented thinking and acting
- Knowledge of MS Office products, ideally also of common hotel software
- Good knowledge of German and English, additional language skills an advantage

- Cleaning of guest rooms (daily cleaning of 19 rooms)

- Duty according to duty roster
